Raven Aviation

Aviation. Adventure.

Founder

Gabriel is a second career aviator who started flying after reading a chapter in his grandfather's book, about learning to fly in northern Minnesota in the 1930's and 40's. After a career in engineering the flying bug took over and he has not looked back yet.

Vehicles

As with many modern aviators much of our experience is with basic trainers: The Cessna 172 and the Piper PA28. We do have experience with many other types and most manufacturers. Gabriel also has an affection for seaplanes and warbirds and welcomes all opportunities to work with either community.

Projects

Although the main focus is on flying airplanes, a background in engineering lends to tinkering. Recovery of a 1964 Beechcraft Musketeer from a a collapsed hanger. Salvage of a Cessna 177 damaged on landing. Import of a Cessna 206 on floats is our current project and turning out to be a big one.

History

Gabe has been a life long aviation enthusiast even though the company has only been official since 2022. Inspired by his grandfather's aviation history in the 1930s-1950s this small business was created to encourage aviation and the enjoyment of flying.

Adventure
The best route between two points is an adventure.

Whether it is just a simple weekend mountain bike trip, or a cross country ferry flight on straight floats; Life is an adventure for Raven Aviation. Safety is always the top priority and once that has been satisfied the sky really is the limit.
